2024 Vic League Team of the Year - Players Position & Shirt Number Form - Hockey Victoria

Vic League club coaches will be required to complete this form prior to round 8 of the 2023 season (C.O.B Friday, 07 June 2024). Any late submissions will receive a $300.00 fine.

ONLY enter in players from your own club in each position and include their shirt numbers. Later in the season, Hockey Victoria will send a form to coaches in which they will select the best players from opposing clubs in each grade per position to form the Team of the Year for each grade.

Players must be entered from own club, add shirt numbers for all players.

This form should be completed by your club's respective Vic League Coach ONLY.
