2024 Indoor Club Championships & Junior Indoor Challenge Team Entry Form

Hockey Victoria is delighted to open team entries for the Indoor Club Championships in Term 1, 2024

Clubs can enter teams through this form and will be invoiced the team entry fee closer to the Event by the HV Finance Department.

When you progress through to selecting the age groups that you wish to enter, the number of tickets refers to the number of teams you wish to enter per age group e.g. if you want 1 x Under 18 Girls team, please select one ticket for that age group.
