2026 Vic League Team of the Year Players Details Form
Vic League club coaches will be required to complete this form prior to 11.59pm Sunday, 9 August 2026.
ONLY enter in players from your own club in each position and include their shirt numbers.
Please include at least 1x Goal Keeper, 4x Defenders, 4x Midfielders, 4x Attackers, and 1x Coach.
After the Sunday, 9 August 2026. deadline, Hockey Victoria will send a second survey to all Vic League coaches to be completed by 11.59pm Sunday, 23 August 2026. This survey will be to select the best players from opposing clubs in each grade per position to form the Team of the Year for each grade.
We will continually reach and make contact between now and the above deadline to ensure forms are submitted.
