Water Partners SCC head to Bendigo for the long weekend

The Water Partners Senior Country Championships are headed to Bendigo from 7th to 9th June. With 31 teams participating and almost 100 matches over the 3 days, it will be a great celebration of regional Hockey.  

With the support of the Bendigo City Council, the Event will take place at the Bendigo Regional Hockey Complex and it has been strongly supported by the Regional Associations, with significant growth in team entries. The following teams are participating across the four divisions on offer:

Live Streaming 

In a first for the SCC, we are delighted to confirm that every match played in Bendigo during the Water Partners Senior Country Championships will be live streamed. That is almost 100 matches available for you to watch.

Just Hockey Pop-up Shop 

If you are heading up to Bendigo for the Event, be sure to visit the Just Hockey pop-up shop for all your hockey equipment needs.  

It will be open from 9am – 4pm on both Saturday and Sunday and then 9am -12pm on the Monday.

Canteen & Food Trucks 

The canteen at the Bendigo Hockey Centre will be open from the start of play until the completion of the last match on each day. They will serve a wonderful range of food and drinks.  
 
From 5pm on Saturday & Sunday, the canteen will stop serving food and there will be 2 x Food Trucks in operation. They will be parked near the entrance to the facility. You can check out their websites here:

It takes a great team of officials to run an Event like the SCC, and we will have over 25 umpires involved, as well as numerous Tournament Directors and Umpire Managers taking part. Congratulations to the following officials on their appointments in some of the key officiating roles:
