New Board Members appointed to drive the sport forward

Hockey Victoria is delighted to announce Stephanie Mann, Johan Durst and Stuart Westmore as newly appointed Directors to the HV Board.

After receiving an unprecedented level of interest for the roles, the HV Board’s Nominations Committee have worked through a detailed selection process over the last two months to determine three outstanding new Directors.

Stephanie Mann, a senior barrister, brings legal, local and state government expertise as well as club experience. After leading Knox Hockey Club through a significant period of change, including the development of a new facility in Wantirna, she brings a strong understanding of the requirements at a club level.

Johan Durst, a recently retired Kookaburra, brings a wealth of high-performance experience as well as commercial background through his experience with BHP. As a current HC Melbourne and Premier League player Johan provides a strong conduit to the current playing group at the top tier of Victorian Hockey.

Stuart Westmore brings a wealth of corporate and commercial experience as well as a very strategic mindset. Stuart who has volunteered 1,000s of hour behind the camera for HV events, competitions and H1 and facilitated the development of the 2025-2028 HV Strategic Plan will now step in to drive its implementation.
