Men's Health Lunch Speaker Locked in

Published Fri 26 Jun 2026

We are excited to welcome the founder, Jack Davis, of It's Cool To Cry, a mental health conversation company dedicated to making it easier for people to talk about their feelings before they become overwhelming.

After losing people close to him who never felt able to speak up, he made it his mission to help others build their confidence, language and tools to have meaningful conversations about mental health.

Through personal experience, therapy, and years of learning, he discovered that talking openly about emotions can transform relationships, wellbeing and resilience. This journey led him to create It's Cool To Cry, a movement focused on making mental health conversations more approachable, accessible and impactful.

His message is clear: talking about our feelings shouldn't be a last resort, it should be part of everyday life.

Join us for a powerful conversation about mental health, connection and the importance of speaking up.
