We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for you to elevate your drag flicking skills and goalkeeper techniques throughout the year. Our specialised Drag Flick & Goalkeeper Program is designed to enhance your performance with expert coaching and focused training.

What’s Included?

The cost is set per block and encompasses eight 60-minute sessions. Each participant will receive:

Specialised coaching from experienced professionals.

Video review every four sessions to analyse progress and make necessary adjustments.

Speed measurement during on-pitch sessions to track improvement.

Access to a coaches/athletes feedback platform (XPS), designed to facilitate communication and further enhance training outcomes.

Sessions are Tuesday Mornings (6.30am-7.30am) for Beginners and Thursday Mornings (6.30am - 7.30am) for Advanced.
