This off-season athletes have the opportunity to register for the highly anticipated Strength and Conditioning (S&C) Program, designed specifically to enhance performance and prepare players for the challenges ahead. Whether you aspire to attend U21 trials or simply aim to improve your skills, this is your chance to train alongside the best.
 
Tailored Training for Ultimate Performance
This year's program will be delivered by the HV High Performance team in partnership with MOTUS. By participating in this program, athletes will experience the full benefits of specialised coaching designed to sharpen physical performance, boost speed and agility, and prevent injuries.
 
What the Program Includes
The comprehensive S&C Program goes for 8 weeks (November to January):
  • 1 in person testing prior program
  • 6 weeks hybrid (2 session in person, 2 sessions on athletes own time)
  • 2 week program throughout Christmas & New Years break
  • 1 in person testing post program
Athletes participating in the program will go through an initial testing session to determine their specific training needs, ensuring a personalised training plan that optimises performance based on individual results.
