Hockey Victoria is calling for expressions of interest for coaches to be involved in a new performance coach development initiative.
In 2026 coaches will have the choice to engage in the new Hockey Victoria Coach Development Program. The Performance Coach Program will run alongside the Hockey Victoria Academy to provide on-going support to current and potential performance coaches.
The Performance Coach Program is a 12-month program for up to 10 selected coaches to engage in a blend of in person and online opportunities designed to prepare coaches for the transition from performance and high-performance coaching. The program is targeted at coaches who; have led a team or program at premier league or state level previously or is a High-Performance player starting their coaching journey.
