2025 XR Elements Under 18 Junior State Championships preview

It is almost time for the 2025 Under 18 XR Elements Junior State Championships to get underway! 

Over 250 players and 100 team staff and officials will descend on the State Netball Hockey Centre from 20th 22nd September for three action packed days of hockey.  

We would like to wish every participant the best of luck for the Event!

Event Fixture and Results

Please note that Altiusrt will NOT be in use for the Under 18 JSC. All results and ladders will be on Rev Sport here - https://www.hockeyvictoria.org.au/games/ or avaialble through the HV App.


Live Streaming & Photography 

There will be plenty of photographers on site throughout the event and they will endeavour to capture as many great snaps of players and officials as possible. These will be available free of charge following the Event on the Hockey Victoria Facebook page. 

But we are delighted to confirm that all matches played at the State Netball Hockey Centre (across the 3 days and on both Pitch 1 & 2) will be live streamed on Live Hockey.

Education Session for Players 

At the Under 18 JSC, all players will participate in a mandatoryeducation session which will be delivered by Think Set Go.  

The sessions will take place on Saturday 20th September in the Indoor Hockey Centre as follows: 

  • 11.00am – 12.30pm (Girls teams) 

  • 1.30pm – 3.00pm (Boys teams) 

By the end of the session, participants will: 

  • Understand what respectful and inclusive behaviour looks like both on and off the field  

  • Have identified a personal support network to draw on during challenges 

  • Know how to adapt and navigate change using the Think Set Go approach 


Uniform Supplier – GAME Clothing 

A huge thank you to GAME for the amazing job they have done in producing all of the uniforms for not only the Under 18 JSC participants, but also all the Under 12 – Under 16 teams earlier this year 


Just Hockey 

Just Hockey will set up a pop-up shop at State Hockey Centre during the Event in the grandstand breezeway. It will be open as follows:  

  • Saturday 20th September – 9am – 4pm 

  • Sunday 21st September – 9am – 4pm 

  • Monday 22nd September – 9am – 2pm 

If you are heading to the JSC and are after some specific equipment, we recommend that you give them a call in advance of the Event on (03) 9885 7050.
