The Hockey Victoria Coach and Umpire Development Project is a statewide initiative aimed at strengthening the coaching and officiating workforce across Hockey Victoria’s 12 Regional Hockey Associations. Through the delivery of targeted development and accreditation sessions, the project seeks to elevate the skills, knowledge, capability, and capacity of local coaches and umpires.

By investing in grassroots education and support, this project not only promotes consistent standards and a higher quality of play across the state, but also builds sustainable pathways for ongoing talent development. Each participating Association will benefit from tailored sessions designed to meet their specific needs, ensuring inclusive and impactful growth in coaching and umpiring.
