Winter Indoor Roster
Hockey Victoria Winter Competitions
All HV matches are to be played as per HV Reg 2.7
2.7.2 Senior Matches
(i) All Senior matches
A match shall consist of four (4) periods of play of seventeen (17) minutes, quarter and three-quarter time intervals of two (2) minutes, and a half-time interval of five (5) minutes.
A maximum of eight (8) minutes may be added for delays or interruptions but the match shall conclude at a time which is the earlier of:
(a) not less than five (5) minutes before the scheduled commencement of the next match scheduled to take place on the same field or
(b) eighty-five (85) minutes after the commencement of play.
2.7.3 Masters and Mid Week Matches
A match shall consist of two (2) periods of play of twenty-five (25) minutes and a half-time interval of five (5) minutes.
No time off is allowed during the match and the match shall conclude at a time which is the earlier of:
(a) not less than five (5) minutes before the scheduled commencement of the next match scheduled to take place on the same field, or
(b) fifty-five (55) minutes after the commencement of play.
2.7.4 Junior & Under 18 Matches
(i) Under 14, Under 16 & Under 18 Full Field Age Divisions
A junior match in the Under 14 and Under 16 age divisions and matches in the Under 18 competition shall consist of two (2) periods of play of thirty (30) minutes and a half-time interval of five (5) minutes.
No time off is allowed during the match and the match shall conclude at a time which is the earlier of:
(a) not less than five (5) minutes before the scheduled commencement of the next match scheduled to take place on the same field, or
(b) sixty-five (65) minutes after the commencement of play.
(ii) Under 12 Full Field Age Divisions
All junior matches in the Full Field Under 12 age division shall consist of two (2) periods of twenty-five (25) minutes and a half-time interval of five (5) minutes.
No time off is allowed during the match and the match shall conclude at a time which is the earlier of:
(a) not less than five (5) minutes before the scheduled commencement of the next match scheduled to take place on the same field, or
(b) fifty-five (55) minutes after the commencement of play
(iii) Under 10 and Under 12 Half Field
A junior match in the Under 10 and Under 12 Half Field divisions shall consist of two (2) periods of twenty (20) minutes and a half-time interval of five (5) minutes.
No time off is allowed during the match and the match shall conclude at a time which is the earlier of:
(a) not less than five (5) minutes before the scheduled commencement of the next match scheduled to take place on the same field, or
(b) forty-five (45) minutes after the commencement of play, providing a five (5) minute interval between scheduled matches.

Reminder for Finals. All rounds will be released on the Tuesday Night prior to the round as that is the day we will have access to the fixture.
All State Sport Centres Parkville Junior matches require each club to provide 1 x umpire if Hockey Victoria are unable to.

Each Team is responsible to pay an umpire each after the game @ $50 per umpire.
League Cup
Payment of umpires and technical officials is the responsibility of clubs immediately post-match. Payments to officials is below:
