Smith to lead HC Melbourne as Men’s Head Coach
Hockey Club Melbourne has announced the appointment of Andrew Smith as the Men's Head Coach for Season 3 of Hockey One. Following an extensive recruitment process, the highly experienced coach and former Kookaburra, Olympian and Australian Hockey League (AHL) player will lead the team until the end of the 2024 season.

Mitchell to lead HC Melbourne Women into Season 3!
After an extensive recruitment process, HC Melbourne has finally found its Women's Head Coach for Season 3 of the Hockey One league in the form of the highly qualified and accomplished Dan Mitchell. Stepping up from his previous role as assistant coach in 2022, Dan's promotion is a testament to his exceptional skills and expertise in the field.

Hockey Australia recently announced its country championships will be staged in 2023, August 5-12. Originally scheduled to be hosted in Goulburn, the event has recently been switched to Victoria, with Shepparton awarded the honour of welcoming Country Representative teams from across Australia.
