U14 Academy Selection Process Update

We are sharing a final update on the U14 Pathway for 2024.

For U14 Athletes there are currently 3 entry points into the Academy Program.

Auto entry based on previous state teams selection (2023 State Teams will gain Auto Entry in 2024).
Be assessed at the 2024 U14 JSC (once selected in your zone team select "be assessed at 2024 JSC' in your registration). Please note this is the preferred method

As with any new process, we understand the differences and intricacies compared to the previous model, however we commit to reviewing this process at the conclusion of the 2024 Nationals and will seek feedback from the relevant stakeholders to see how the pilot year was received.
