Drag Flick & Goalkeeping Development Program

The High-Performance team is providing athletes with a unique opportunity to develop their drag flicking and goalkeeper skills with specialised coaches for an 8 week block.
The program consists of 8-week block of 60 minutes sessions with drag flicker and goalkeeper specialist coaches. 6 players will be working on their fundamental PCA drag flick technique and goalkeepers will be working on their PCD skill. Cost includes eight 60 minutes sessions with specialised coaches, video review, speed measurement during on pitch sessions and the usage of a new coaches/athlete's platform to provide feedback (XPS).
Drag Flick (less than 2 years flicking) and GK Beginners (PLR or below experience) - Tuesdays 6.30 to 7.30am. For specific dates please check the event
Drag Flick (3+ years flicking) and GK (PL, State Rep or VicL1 experience) Advanced - Thursdays 6.30 to 7.30am. For specific dates please check the event
Venue: Parkville, Hockey Centre.
Cost: $400 for the 8 week block.
