Hockey Victoria claissifies junior participants as anybody playing hockey under the age of 18. Currently there are approximately 4200 juniors enjoying hockey in our metropolitan competition plus another 6000 taking part in regional competition.
This is complemented by another 44,000 children who play hockey at their designated educational institution.
In order to develop the skills of players from a young age Hockey Victoria offers development programs to cater for the needs of varying juniors.
